For over 30 years, Sandip K Shah has been an accomplished, multi-faceted leader in the Post-Harvest, Cold chain management & Industrial Refrigeration space. He is the Founder & CEO of Mech-Air Industries, an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, engaged in processing, supplying and exporting fine quality refrigeration machines and equipment.

Holding a global perspective and an entrepreneurial mindset, he is a recognized leader & expert in business processes related to cold chain management and Industrial refrigeration. He is also the Head of Business intelligence & operations management & project management services at Mech-Air, with experience in management consulting, strategic implementation and company collaboration. In addition to his responsibilities at Mech-Air, Sandip is an honorary member of ASHRAE - USA, IIR - France and ISHS Belgium. A certified Chartered Engineer, Sandip Shah holds Bachelors in Production Engineering, a diploma in Business Management (DBM) and Labour Practice, and currently resides in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Managing Director at Mech-Air Industries and a core sector industry technocrat, Mukesh Shah is a hands-on leader who focusses on administering every aspect of business transaction for optimal efficiency. He oversees a full spectrum of business operations, including manufacturing, engineering services, quality control and supply chain activities. Additionally, he supervises the strategic direction of the organization and leads the Planning, Implementation & Execution of every project. Having led multiple business categories and with a leadership style focused on open communication, high integrity, and a customer-centric philosophy, Mukesh skillfully manages every aspect of business growth for the Mech-Air Group.

Jigish Shah is a motivated, personable business professional who brings a wealth of knowledge to the field of food processing. With a broad experience as a food processing project consultant, Jigish efficiently meets unique organizational and technological constraints to produce significant achievements in supply chain management and internal process improvement.

Well-versed in planning and coordination of various food processing projects, Jigish supervises the overall coordination and advisory services of food processing project operations management & procurement at Mech-Air. He interfaces directly with the senior management and other executives to strategize and devise effective measures for long-term ROI maximization and customer satisfaction.

Jigish holds a Masters in International Business with an ambition of leaving no stone unturned in delivering successful results to customers.

Ruchit Shah is the Chief Executive Office for Product Development at Mech-Air Industries. He is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development and product delivery for the entire assortment of Mech-Air products and services. Profoundly driven and perfectionistic by nature, Ruchit is committed to delivering the industry’s most complete, proven and reliable set of refrigeration solutions to his clients.

He devotes the majority of his time to analyzing business models, enhancing product development process and systemizing operating structures. Under his leadership, Mech-Air is expanding its product portfolio, stabilize and strengthen client relationships and start conversations with new prospective clients.
